DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

1. Copyright Compliance

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notification.
4. Repeat Infringers
Accounts or users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others will be terminated, and infringing material will be removed, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
5. Non-Copyright Removal Requests
If you are depicted in content on this Site and want it removed for reasons other than copyright — for example privacy, consent, or reputation concerns — please contact us with the exact URL and we will review and act on your request promptly. Content depicting minors, or any non-consensual act, will be removed immediately upon notice.
